WHAT DO WE VALUE?

Our core values can be summed up into one word: LOVESHIP. L.O.V.E.S.H.I.P. describes the relationship we strive to have with society, culture, and the entire globe. In contrast, a friendship mostly occurs as a result of proximity, happenstance, or commonality. A LOVESHIP needs none of these. It’s deliberate, intentional, needs no precursor, and will travel to the ends of the earth to express itself to the object of its affection.

LOVE – We exist to demonstrate the love of God.

OUTREACH – We are intentional about doing good for those in need.

VISION-DRIVEN – We believe a clear vision is essential to effective leadership.

EXCELLENCE – We proactively and diligently ensure the highest standard of excellence in our work for God.

SERVICE – We believe that serving is more than a duty, it’s a privilege.

HONOR – We honor each other’s thoughts and ideas and at all costs are committed to the pursuit of peace and oneness whenever possible.

INTEGRITY – We pursue the highest standards in both our public and private lives. We understand that God is more concerned about who we are than what we do.

PROACTIVITY – We are committed to seeking out innovative and creative ways to fulfill the vision.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A PART OF THE FAMILY?

We are not a collection of “members” or campuses, we are One Global Family united.

1. Connect (Community Groups + Outreach)

   • One of the most important aspects of a healthy family is “connection” - it’s the ability to develop supportive, intimate, and meaningful relationships.

   • “It is not good that man should be alone.” Genesis 2:18. This scripture doesn’t just apply to romantic relationships, it’s God’s design. Connection has always been a part of God’s plan for humanity. Here at ONE, we’re intentional about getting you connected through Community Groups.

   • Community Groups create and cultivate safe spaces where YOU are seen, heard, and known through authentic connection.

2. Care (Give)

   • As a Kingdom family, we care about maintaining the system and strategy God uses to reach His people, which is the church. Through ONE, not only is the gospel reaching millions of lives all around the globe but testimonies are shared every week about lives that are being transformed through God’s word. We are also intentional about reaching God’s people through philanthropic efforts because at the heart of who we are is outreach. This is sustained through your giving. Although there are Biblical blessings connected to giving, what’s also fulfilling is knowing that through your generosity, you’re helping to build God’s kingdom on earth.

   • “Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops.” - Proverbs 3:9. First fruits refer to the tithe, giving 10% of your income to the church. It’s important to know that what’s more significant than what you give is the heart in which you give. We give because we care. And here’s the bonus: When you honor God with your wealth, He honors you.

3. Celebrate (Sharing Testimonies)

   • Family celebrates each other and as a result, our bond strengthens.

   • As a family, we celebrate moments of impact. Every Thursday and Sunday we’re engaging the world through transformative teachings, and every month we’re serving our communities.

• We are a global movement led by Pastors Touré Roberts and Sarah Jakes Roberts.

• We exist to equip and empower people to live fearlessly, love unsparingly, grow exponentially, create intentionally, and serve humanity.

• We are a Christ-Centered movement demystifying what it means to have a personal and intimate relationship with God.

• We embrace everyone, everywhere - spiritually, and literally. Locally we connect through our community groups and in-person meet-ups. Globally, we come to you through technology providing accessibility, stability, and innovative ministry regardless of geography, background, or time zone.

• We create transformational experiences together through intentional, inspirational, and international Biblically sound content, worship music, and growth curriculums.

• We are growing globally with over 20 million+ people through our online platforms and connecting locally through community groups, outreach opportunities, and special events.

• We are a beautifully unique expression within the family of God - diverse in stories, dreams, and purpose with our hearts unified in our passion for Jesus.

• We are a modern church without borders, our capacity is not defined by a building but by our love and leadership.

• Our teams and volunteers have an unlimited opportunity to make a difference through leading and participating in hands-on outreach in their local communities sharing God’s unsparing love while serving humanity.
